Book your ChoreList Assist
We allow you to choose the first available time slot available, or a specific ChoreOFF employee that you've worked with before and enjoyed!
Prepare for your ChoreOFF workers arrival
We value your time, so please value our workers time. If you have a scheduled time slot, be prepared for that ChoreOFF worker to arrive at that time. If you won't be home, make sure to include this in the booking form! Lastly, if you checked off Focused Tasks that require equipment (Vacuum, Mop, special cleaning supplies, etc) please make sure those are on-site.
Job Completion
Your chore(s) are completed by your helper. They complete your ChoreList in a top>bottom order of priority and will try to complete everything you asked for during that session. Sometimes a second booking may be required to finish a specific Focused Area. Most ChoreOFF workers will take a few before/after photos as part of our quality assurance.

All Helpers must pass a background check prior to onboarding with us. This ensures customer safety and reduces the risk for a bad experience.
