Cancellation Policy - pulled from ToS

Effective Date: 04-17-2025

1. Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time for no fee.

2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancel at least 2 hours but less than 24 hours before start incurs a $15 fee.

3. Last‑Minute Cancellation / No‑Show Fee: Cancel less than 2 hours before start or failing to be prepared when your Helper arrives on site at the scheduled time incurs a $50 fee.

4. Billing: Fees are charged to the payment method on file immediately upon cancelation.

5. Refunds: If you pay a fee in error, contact us within 7 days at info@campushands.com for a refund.
